B Squared Bar & Grill is a fast-growing, team-oriented establishment that takes pride in delivering high-quality drinks and service in a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. We’re currently hiring a hands-on Nighttime Bartender to elevate our bar experience, engage with guests, and keep the good times flowing.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft and serve a wide range of beverages, from classic cocktails to local favorites, during evening and late-night shifts.
• Engage with guests, build rapport, and ensure a positive and memorable bar experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking, glass washing, and closing procedures.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, serving staff, and management teams.

Hours:

• Night Shift: Typically 4:00 PM to Close on the shifts you are working
• Bar operates 7 days a week
  • Sunday–Thursday: 11 AM – 10 PM
  • Friday–Saturday: 11 AM – 11 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
